The Academy of Self-Defense welcomes you to our website. This site is designed to provide information to current and
potential students about class times, upcoming events, tournaments, and additional training information.
We have had an awesome start to 2010. We are looking forward
to a great year. Tournament season should start back up in February or March so keep training hard. Information
